Don Freedman is published in the Journal of Geriatric Care Management

Attorney Freedman wrote an article for the Spring 2013 edition of the Journal of Geriatric Care Management, which is the journal of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. The article, "On Competency and Capacity of Older Adults to Make Decisions," is part of a special issue on legal issues in geriatric care management.
