Attorney Buckley has been practicing for over thirty years in New York State and Massachusetts. She is admitted in the state and federal district courts of Massachusetts and New York. Attorney Buckley's practice consists of all aspects of family law, including divorce, contempt, modification, paternity, custody, support, prenuptial agreements and restraining orders. She also represents clients in civil litigation matters and contested probate matters.

Karen Buckley uses her skills and knowledge to assist people as they navigate the Court process. She is trained in Collaborative Law and advises clients as they use the mediation process o resolve their differences. Karen Buckley is an experienced negotiator and litigator and has practiced in district, probate and family and superior courts in many counties in Massachusetts. Attorney Buckley strives to understand the needs and goals of her clients and uses her skills, knowledge and experience to help her clients to achieve them.

In addition to her commitment to her clients, Attorney Buckley also believes in working for the benefit of the community. To this end, she is involved in several volunteer and civic endeavors. For many years, Attorney Buckley has served as a judge in the Massachusetts High School Mock Trial Program and as a volunteer Attorney Representing Children in Middlesex and Norfolk Probate and Family Courts. She also participates as a mediator in the Suffolk Probate and Family Court. Attorney Buckley has been involved in the Main Streets program in her community as well as a volunteer youth coach and member of the Parent Council at her children’s schools. She is a member of the Greater Boston Family Law Inn of Court, the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council Education Committee, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
