Benjamin T. Strobeck

Benjamin T. Strobeck is an associate with Rosenberg, Freedman, & Lee, LLP’s Probate and Trust Administration group.

He received his law degree from New England Law | Boston and his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.

Prior to joining Rosenberg, Freedman, & Lee LLP, Ben was an associate at Pathway Law LLC as an estate planning and elder law attorney. Ben helped clients establish sophisticated estate plans that fit their life and family needs, including protecting assets for minor children, protecting assets from creditors, planning for beneficiaries with special needs, and long-term care/Medicaid planning for elders. Ben also advised clients on all aspects of the probate and estate administration of small estates.

Ben is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), where he serves on the Membership Committee and is a long-term participant of the Mentor/Mentee Program for new attorneys to elder law.
